Welcome! My name is Maryana Dvorska.

I started my fitness journey five years ago as a senior in high school, and it has since turned into a passion. I have a YouTube channel that is mostly based around fitness, nutrition, working out, and balancing my life while trying to stay healthy both physically and mentally! When it comes to health and fitness, I believe it is most important to is find the balance between enjoying your life and reaching your goals. With the right approach it is absolutely possible!


Maryana’s fit guide

Thank you for your interest in this 8-week program! My goal with this guide is to make fitness easy to understand, enjoyable, and sustainable! What you can expect: 

  • Two 4-week phases of workouts (follow phase 1 for the first 4 weeks and phase 2 for the second 4 weeks)

  • Weight-focused workouts (a gym membership or basic gym equipment is required), circuit training, & cardio recommendations.

  • Nutritional guidance in terms of healthy meal/snack ideas, healthy grocery haul examples, supplement recommendations, etc!

  • Some important notes:

    • This program has been approved by a certified personal trainer.

    • It will be in a form of a downloadable PDF that you can keep and refer to forever!

    • The PDF will be delivered to you via email with a unique download link. You will have 24 hours to download the PDF. After 24 hours, the link will expire. However, once you access and save the PDF, it is yours to keep and access forever.
